How to Jelq – Step by Step Approach to Jelqing Exercise

Do you want to learn how to jelq? Here is a step by step approach to doing the jelqing exercise.

  1. Heating. Learning to jelq involves learning how to warm up correctly. This is an important step that most tutorials skip. Take a washcloth with warm water and wrap it around the penis for a few minutes. This brings blood flow to the penis and makes it easier and faster to get into the “semi-erect” state.
  2. Semi-erect. This is the state you want to be in while jelqing. Not fully erect, just semi-erect (which is basically a 40-60% erection).
  3. Lubrication. You want to apply lubrication to your semi-erect penis.
  4. OK sign. Make the OK sign with your thumb and forefinger.
  5. Start at the base. Wrap the OK sign around the base of your penis. This is the starting point.
  6. stroke. Move the OK sign slowly up your semi-erect shaft. Once you get to the head, let go. The blow must have a duration of at least a few seconds, carried out in a slow and controlled manner.
  7. Alternate hands. Once you’ve stroked with one hand, repeat with the other in the same slow, controlled manner.
  8. repetitions or minutes. You want to continue jelqing for a certain number of repetitions or a certain number of minutes. Some routines start with 100 reps the first week, 150 the next, and so on. But other jelqing routines recommend that you only jelq for a certain number of minutes. Everyone’s punch is going to be slightly different in number of repetitions and time. Usually, there is no fixed method of how long to jelq. There are routines from 6 minutes a day up to 30 minutes or more (although generally the longer routines will include other methods such as stretching and static holds).
  9. Additional exercises. In general, learning to jelq not only involves the jelqing exercise, but includes other exercises as well. Stretching is a common exercise to be done after a good set of jelqs. You are basically stretching the penis, holding it for a few seconds, releasing it, and repeating.
  10. Warm ups. This is the same as the warm-up, only you will still be in the semi-erect state. Take the cloth and reheat it by running it under warm water. Then place it on your penis and hold it there for a few minutes. You may want to heat longer and even reheat the fabric for a second round. This relaxes the penis and stimulates the rebuilding of the tissue and the beginning of the growth process.

Some important things to keep in mind when learning how to jelq:

  • There are many ways to jelq. This is the very basic method. There are other methods that may claim to be more effective, but generally the idea will be the same.
  • Patience is key. Jelqing doesn’t work overnight. You need to be patient to get results. Two weeks is usually the minimum amount of time for results to be seen, but sometimes it can take much longer.
  • Security is key. Don’t try to take shortcuts by skipping the warm-up or cool-down. Always use lubrication (although there are some advanced techniques called “dry jelqing” that don’t use lube, you still need to lubricate until you get to that advanced stage). Always go into that semi-erection state. Don’t get a full erection and don’t get too flaccid or flaccid during your jelqing exercise. Start semi and stay semi.
  • Watch a real jelqing video. It’s easy to read about how to jelq, but seeing the real deal can be extremely helpful. This will give you a better idea of what the exercise looks like. There are plenty of “fake” jelqing videos out there using a banana, but you really want to watch a real jelqing video to make sure you’re performing the jelq technique correctly.
