Hyatt Timeshare

The Hyatt Group has a new feature to add to its chain of first-class hotels. Now, Hyatt is also specializing in timeshares. Fortunately, Hyatt’s hasn’t skimped on timeshares, either. The same aspects that make staying at a Hyatt so fun and relaxing when it comes to hotel relocation also apply to timeshare life. My family and I were lucky enough to be asked to come and take a look at their new timeshare location in San Antonio.

San Antonio may not sound like a garden spot for timeshare investments, but in truth, the great city in West Texas has attractions that are perfect for new families. Sea World, the Alamo, Dude Ranches, River Walk are all there to enjoy. Plus, Hyatt San Antonio timeshares come with amenities that make it hard to leave the room. Granite countertops, soft king-size beds, dishwasher and personal washer and dryer, maid service, and what I thought was the best feature of all, the world-class Cuisinart coffeemaker.

I enjoyed it so much that now I have one of my own. All in-room appliances are also available in your lobby gift shop, making it easy to indulge those whims. Finally, the pools, lazy river, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and golf course that are part of the timeshare property and available to all timeshare guests ensure that if you need to leave your room there much to do. Don’t forget to take the kids to the campfire on Fridays to roast marshmallows.

Perhaps the best aspect of the Hyatt timeshare experience is the fact that as a Hyatt timeshare owner, you are not obligated to use only your timeshare. For example, if you buy a timeshare and own a week from that property, you can use that week in San Antonio or use a week in any of Hyatt’s other timeshares across the country. Hyatt has timeshares in Aspen, Maui, Florida, New York and many other places that you, as a San Antonio timeshare owner, can take advantage of at no extra cost or effort on your part. Simply register online before you go on vacation to ensure you get a spot and get your week at any other Hyatt timeshare destination.

Second, you can exchange your timeshare days with other timeshare networks that are outside of the Hyatt timeshare group. You want to go to England and use your timeshare days to pay for accommodation, simply trade your Hyatt timeshare days off-network. Using the off-grid capacity will allow you to vacation almost anywhere in the world. A word of warning though, trading your days off-grid isn’t a one-for-one trade like it would be if you traded on the Hyatt timeshare network, so consider your options wisely.

Unfortunately, the problems you’ve heard about investing in timeshares still exist at the Hyatt. You have to pay a substantial annual fee, as well as sign up for what turns out to be another mortgage. If you and your family enjoy vacations and enjoy the luxury that Hyatt hotels provide, then this could be the perfect option for you.
