Mold Health Effects

First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this. I enjoy the opportunity to speak clearly with concerned people about dangerous environmental conditions in their own homes. Now I promise you that by the time you finish this short letter, you will not only have a better understanding of your own general health risks; but also, for those of your family and friends as well. Allow me a moment to ask you a few questions.

– Have you ever felt more EXHAUSTED after you got home than before you left work?

– Do you notice more HEADACHE or feeling of nausea in your own home?

– Do you see your spouse or children showing more frequent signs of cold and flu-like symptoms: COUGHING, SORE THROAT, SNEEZING, WHEELING?

– Are there any areas in your house that scratch your eyes or throat?

– Do you notice a strange SMELL OF MOLD that you don’t remember having been there before, even though you know your house is clean?

– Is there a HUMIDITY PROBLEM in your house?

Well, those can be scary questions if you don’t have exactly the “right” answers. But, in a situation where you may not be armed with the best information (if any), who can you really trust? Now you may be wondering what could be causing all these problems in my house, one word, MOLD. But wait, you may be asking yourself, how could it be a mold problem if I keep my house clean? To answer that question, it’s important to know how and why mold grows.

Molds produce tiny spores to reproduce. Mold spores float continuously in the indoor and outdoor air. When mold spores fall into a damp place indoors, they can start to grow and digest whatever they are growing in order to survive. There are molds that can grow on wood, paper, carpets, and food. When too much moisture or water accumulates indoors, mold growth often results, especially if the moisture problem remains undiscovered or unaddressed. There is no practical way to eliminate all mold and mold spores in the indoor environment; The way to control mold growth indoors is to control humidity.

There are many different mold companies, offering a variety of techniques throwing fancy terms and product names at you in the hope that by giving you all these “buzzwords” and industry terms they will confuse you enough to make you believe. anything they can say. Many will try to convince him that they have the strongest chemicals on the planet and a foolproof system that is “guaranteed” to work or promise whatever he wants to hear, sometimes downplaying the problem just to do the dirty! Most will not emphasize that the most important underlying problem is removing the source of the water. What they don’t tell you is that the chemicals they use are almost completely ineffective, in many cases they even contain known poisons, some of which can cause CANCER in laboratory animals! In many cases they and their wonderful “systems” (poisons) usually make the problem worse than before they started! All the time they spend most of their time taking your money while often losing the “HIDDEN MOLD” leaving their families health at risk and charging them for the privilege of taking their money and making their lives more miserable!

The northeast Ohio climate is especially ripe for mold growth. More than 70% of the homes tested were found to be contaminated with toxic mold growth. This mold is dangerous. And there’s a good chance (if you have it in your home) that you and your family could get sicker than you realize… In fact, Cherry Hill Labs’ Dr. Chin Yang, (the world’s foremost mold scientist of the world) I once said “given enough square footage in a confined space (your home) even a NON-TOXIC mold will break down your body’s defenses and develop an allergic reaction” (it’s just a matter of time).

Mold in your home can even be fatal! It causes many people to die… and often… even their doctors don’t know what went wrong to make these people sick.

This is what experts call the Big Three:

Aspergillus: a mold that is often an opportunistic pathogen (in plain language, “a disease-causing mold that can attack especially when its immune resistance is lowered because it is diseased with something else) type of mold that is often the cause behind the asthma, nerve damage, liver disease, lung disease, heart disease and severe eye damage. This toxin is so deadly that it is a favorite bioweapon of third world countries where they can do it by the barrel full.

The bad news is that many Northeast Ohio homes are full of this mold, and it is commonly found in wall cavities and in home heating and cooling systems.

Stachybotrys: “The Black Mold” This is another deadly toxin that causes mold and is also manufactured by third world countries. It can be lethal to animals and children. He is often referred to as the “Baby Killer” and is believed by many to be responsible for killing seven babies here in Cleveland, Ohio.

It is found in moist cellulose-containing materials such as drywall. It is usually found in homes after water damage and prefers to grow in dark places like wall cavities. You should be especially concerned if someone in your household experiences shortness of breath, dizziness, memory loss, hearing loss, gastrointestinal tract infections, depression, headaches, tremors, rashes, chronic fatigue, or symptoms similar to those of the flu.

It also damages vital organs. Farmers reported unknowingly feeding their cattle hay contaminated with this toxin and witnessing the cows bleed from their eyes… just before… they dropped dead like flies.

Penicillium: Another disease causing mold responsible for a number of infections, including CANCER. Listen up: there are dozens of other toxic molds (all found in Northeast Ohio) that reflect these hideous effects. The EPA notes that mold can cause health risks if left untreated.

WARNING SIGNS!!!

A good indicator that your home could be sick and potentially dangerous to your health is if your home has experienced water damage in the past or recently. Wet basements (or even damp basements that don’t already drip onto the floor), roof leaks, plumbing leaks, leaky windows and doors can all be sources of moisture that can cause mold to grow. But that’s not all, mold can even lurk in hidden areas that grow behind walls because mold creates condensation in places that are rarely discovered…before it’s too late. Not only your heating or air conditioning system may also be contaminated! That often means that every time you turn on your furnace or air conditioner, you could be spreading harmful mold spores throughout your home for you and your loved ones to BREATHE!

There are contractors who offer a sure remedy; who would not only be able to take care of any existing mold issues, but would ensure that those issues would not return! Not only that, but they could ensure that no problems arise in the future by following stricter company protocols and guidelines than the EPA or OSHA currently have.
