The Secret World ‘Red Handed’ Mission Walkthrough

This will be a tutorial for one of the new missions in TSW with the new patch. It’s called “Red Handed” and it’s slightly different from other missions, as it will involve treating patients in the game.

The crazy thing is that you will need to have knowledge of medications in the real world, so first we have a guide that will help you make the right decisions in the game.

The medications you will need to know are:

Boric acid

Boric acid is a mild anesthetic that is commonly used to treat fungal and yeast infections. It can also be used to treat skin conditions like rashes and acne. The aqueous solution can also be used as eye drops.

Chloroquine

This is a prescription drug that is commonly used to treat malaria and can also be used to treat parasitic infections that occur in the liver. The medical term for this is extra intestinal amebiasis.

Diazepam

It is used to treat anxiety, muscle spasms, seizures, and also to treat alcoholics who abstain from alcohol.

Fluoxetine

This is commonly known as Prozac and is used to treat depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, and panic attacks.

Gabapentin

This medicine is used to help people who have seizures due to epilepsy. The drug also treats people with restless leg syndrome.

Oxycodone

It is used as a pain reliever to treat moderate pain. This medicine works by changing the way the body reacts to pain.

Paracetemol

Everyone will know this one! Of course, it is used as a mild pain reliever.

Phenazone

It is ibuprofen and is used to treat moderate pain and reduce swelling.

Thioridazine

This medication is used to treat the symptoms of schizophrenia and should only be used by patients who have tried other cures and have not been successful.

Vancomycin

It is used to treat colitis, which is an inflammation of the intestine due to a bacterial infection.

Ok, now that you know the drugs that you will use in the game, we can continue with the mission guide.

Tier 1:

Make sure to follow these instructions carefully as if you make a mistake you will be stuck for 5 minutes.

The goal is to read the ailments of each patient and then you will need to administer the appropriate medication.

You can try it yourself using the descriptions of the drugs and their effects above or if you want spoilers, we will tell you the drugs to use below.

A good idea is to collect all the medications and put them in your inventory right now so that you only have to select the correct one.

Patient # 1

Breathing problems, muscle spasms.

Give patient 1 diazepam.

Patient # 2

Headache, nausea, fever, vomiting. The blood test confirms the presence of Plasmodium falciparum.

Administer chloroquine to the patient 2.

Patient # 3

Fever, strong chills and tremors, confusion and dizziness, small red dots on the skin, rapid breathing, and heartbeat.

Give patient vancomycin 3.

Patient # 4 is incurable and you won’t be able to save him!

At this point, you will mention a journal that you must find.

Look at the table in the middle of the tent.

Level 2: Read the diary of Dr. Varias

If you look at the page to the left, it will mention chemistry.

The page on the right is actually the periodic table!

In a periodic table, each element has a symbol and a number; you need to look up the symbols on a real periodic table and then get the number. You can use the number to figure out what letter of the alphabet it should be!

Time consuming stuff!

If you want a spoiler we have done it for you below:

I asked the old drinkers in the tavern about my father. Some recalled spending nights with their local mistress there.

“Well with a pitchfork and that’s not all”

This woman is long gone, but there may be something left.

Next, head to the town tavern.

Go up the tavern stairs to the room at the end of the hall and look at the picture in the room of a woman holding a fork.

Examine the image.

The map will take you to a church at coordinates: 877,1212

If you head to the northeast side of the church, you will find a mound of dirt that you must examine and find a buried laptop.

Level 4:

You will receive a message on the computer that says:

There is a message written within all of us. My research is to understand the meaning of the message written between 45477804 and 45481340.

The link is here, and to understand my research, you need to understand the link.

If you do a Google search for these numbers, you will find that the gene’s name is “UROD.”

If you do a Google search for UROD, you will find a page that says:

How are changes in the UROD gene related to health conditions?

porphyria – caused by mutations in the UROD gene

You can try to find the page or prepare for a spoiler.

If you want the answer, you just need to enter porphyria into the computer.

Once you have done this, congratulations as you have completed the TSW Red Handed Mission.
