No matter how old you are, 5 or 50 even 100, life is full of adventures and surprises around every corner. As a society inundated with all kinds of media, it is very easy for humans to fall into the trap of lethargic behavior. We spend our lives sitting at our desk during the day, then when we get home we sit on the couch and watch TV until it’s time to go to bed, then we repeat that day after day! Arrrrgh! Opportunities present themselves in strange ways, I think things happen for a reason, people come into our lives for reasons that may not be immediately obvious. The trick is to learn to recognize these moments and do whatever it takes to make the most of them. Most opportunities come once in a lifetime, and I’ve seen many missed opportunities. As I get older, I find it easier to see these opportunities when they appear. My “gut” tells me this is legitimate, and I should take advantage of it now! Is it scary? Hell yes it is, anything new and unfamiliar will come with apprehension and doubt, but if you stay out of it because of it, you’ve almost given up.

YOU are too important to give up! YOU have been given this amazing gift of life on this planet, and now is the time for sixteen these moments!
