Why I love new juicer recipes

I’m always on the hunt for healthy juicer recipes because there aren’t many better ways to get vitamins and minerals into your system. Fresh fruit drinks are also extremely tasty and almost everyone should be able to find something they like.

As I mentioned, these freshly made fruit drinks are a great way to consume minerals and vitamins. When you make these drinks, you are taking in a lot more fruit than you would normally eat in a day. For example, here is a juicer recipe that is recommended for heartburn:

  • 1 cup of broccoli heads
  • 4 carrots
  • 1-inch slice of ginger root
  • 2 stalks of celery

Having this in the same glass is a very quick way to eat this many vegetables and studies have shown that ‘juiced’ fruits and vegetables are digested and in the system in around 30 minutes.

You must remember that these drinks are not only tasty but also very healthy. Also, different combinations of fruits and vegetables can be used for different things. Some drinks can help your heart, while others will help your liver, kidneys, skin, and joints. Some are even recommended for hangovers (not for me, because I’m an angel).

Healthy juicer recipes also contain a lot of antioxidants that can help promote hormonal activity, stimulate enzymes and then in turn give you more energy and can also offer antibacterial effects.

Do I need more proof that these drinks are good for you? Do not! Well, I’m going to give you more reasons to enjoy these drinks.

Drinking fruit or vegetable juice will also provide you with large amounts of magnesium, potassium, iron, calcium and folic acid that fight aging and help relieve symptoms of depression.

With all this in mind, it is also considered a very cost effective method of making your body healthier and there is little evidence to show that drinking too many of these beverages will have any side effects.

What is the best way to make these recipes?

You have a couple of options, and as with everything else, you get what you pay for. The cheapest option is to get a manual juicer and you can squeeze the juice yourself, but there are problems with this method. The first is that you don’t get as much juice from the fruits and hardly any from the vegetables, which reduces the number of recipes you can take advantage of.

The second problem is that much of the goodness comes from the skin of the fruit which would be thrown away if you used a manual juicer.

The other option for juicing is to find an electric juicer. You can simply put your fruit or vegetables in a hopper and let the machine do the rest.

There are literally hundreds of juicer recipes on the internet and they are extremely easy to find. Due to the fact that there are so many, I am sure that you will find some that you like and benefit from.
